DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations was founded in 2017 by Prateek Srivastava as a Drone (UAV) startup in Karnataka under KEONICS (Karnataka State Electronics Development Corporation Limited). As the company was in a dormant state through 2018 to mid 2020, work began in full flow straight after the first wave of Covid-19.
By securing well noted projects at the end of 2020, we began operations out of office in Pune, because working from home had never been our cup of tea. With new joinees and a bigger office, we started our journey of becoming the training hub for Drones in India by designing Industrial Application based Drone Courses. The aim for DroneAcharya had always been to believe in training the next generation for becoming extremely skilled in the UAV + Geospatial industry.

Right from young and energetic talented individuals, to highly experienced professionals, our team boasts of a great amount of age and gender diversity.
DroneAcharya became authorised by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to conduct Certified Drone Pilot Training. Till date, we have trained more than 200 Certified Pilots in a record nine (9) months time.
